hello , 1st time update in this month . :) Today very fun because go gym alone , then saw Marwan and Mj there .. Then saw a guy wearing singlet sapao ! Then we laugh like hell ! Then another guy walk past us , his facee ..... bluek .. Then we run at tredmills , i wear weights , wah very tired .. Marwan tried also he cannot tahan .. Then go home chat , and update . bbye .
